How It Works
Our Process
Free Measure & Quote 📝
Once you have arranged for your free quote and design consult, Dan or James will meet with you onsite to discuss your kitchen renovation or custom cabinetry project. Your space will be measured and redesigned according to your family’s specific requirements and style preferences. A detailed quote will then be emailed to you, outlining the scope of work and your new custom design.
Quote Acceptance 🤝
Once you are happy to proceed with your job, you will be invited into our showroom where our team will help you select the colours and finishes for your new cabinetry. We will also give you an install date for your new custom cabinetry. A deposit will be taken to secure your position in the queue. Your job will not start until you are 100% happy with everything.
Pre-Production 🧰
Once we have all the plans signed off on, we will order the materials for your job. Your job will commence production locally in our Underwood warehouse. If you need help organising a licensed local plumber and a licensed electrician to safely disconnect and reconnect your water and electrical, we can arrange that for you, also.
Cabinetry Production 🛠️
Our team of highly qualified master cabinet makers & tradesmen bring their expertise and skill to every project, ensuring meticulous craftsmanship and exceptional results. Your kitchen cabinets/custom cabinets are built on-site in our warehouse, ensuring the highest level of attention to detail with every custom cabinetry project.
Cabinetry Installation 🚚
WCC Kitchens and Cabinets will arrive with trucks loaded on the day of your install. Depending how big the job is, it may take more than one day. However, most kitchens are installed in one day. Our master cabinet makers will work hard to ensure that your kitchen or cabinetry is installed according to your design and vision.
The Final Step 🏡
The last step of your kitchen renovation will be to have the stone mason come out to measure your new benchtops - a week later your benchtops will be installed and a plumber can come an reconnect your kitchen. If you are not having stone tops, then your benchtops will be installed along with the new kitchen, laundry or bathroom vanity.
